It does not verify, edit, or take responsibility for the accuracy of any filing it reads, and it does not check the AI-generated text against the source before showing it to you. Always confirm anything that matters against the original filing, linked from every summary and comparison page.

This is a hobby project, not a research desk. It can be slow, it can be wrong, and parts of it can stop working without notice, most often because the shared daily AI budget described on the pricing page has run out for the day. It is not intended for professional or commercial financial decision-making.

Filing data comes from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR system, a public government database. StatementScout is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the SEC or by any of the companies whose filings it displays.

The site sets only the technical cookies needed to keep the search form working; it does not run advertising and does not sell or share visitor data with third parties.
